How we can help
Our Approach
We take a concept, or preferably an approved digital design such as an Adobe® InDesign® document, and following acceptance of a quote, we develop it into a user friendly, reusable desktop template, final file, or full presentation. We work directly with organisations as well as many design agencies to build smart template solutions for the workplace.

Advanced Development
For our advanced smart templates, custom ribbons, add-ins, and application development we utilise the complete range of office tools to engineer robust solutions and maximise productivity. We build interactive Adobe® PDF forms that can include programming for advanced calculations and form field validation.
Need Large Document Formatting?
We also format document sets. This includes work like tender bid documents and RFPs through to volumes of Office documents with complex integration requirements where we systematically build and apply correct styles and numbering, re-insert graphics and tables, re-format page layouts, build in correct TOC (Table Of Contents) and structure files for easy maintenance. To further assist clients with large document projects along with smart code and formatting we utilise other tools like modern cloud storage for fast secure file transfer, storage of master sets, as well as regular backups and version control.

How we price template jobs
If you are new to us, whether you are an agency or an organisation we have simple steps which we do follow. In order for us to price a job and provide an estimate or fixed quote we do require the following:
Key Deliverables - details of what outputs you will require (e.g. Word, PowerPoint).
Design Files - detailed draft, or final design documents supplied as InDesign or PDF for us to review. Plus any specialty fonts.
Job Timeline - expected start date, and what date the completed work is required.
