Shiree is one of the founding directors of allfields. She is well respected amongst her peers and clients for her extensive knowledge and expertise in the enterprise software space. Shiree is a quiet leader whose presence is always a calming influence in often difficult, complex and challenging projects.
Shiree’s specialities include Project and Change Management for ECM and Knowledge based software as well as extensive knowledge and expertise around Microsoft Desktop technologies. She is known as a Microsoft Office Template Guru – there is little she has not encountered or solved beyond client expectation! Shiree has a unique and rare ability in helping clients with problem solving complex technical problems and then providing explanations in normal human speak in a manner and style where the client totally “gets it” and further feels completely at ease!
Shiree is a serious multi-tasking queen. How she sometimes manages her schedule is beyond belief although fortunately, she is surrounded and supported by ably talented staff who in their own right are high achievers too.
Professional interests include Knowledge and Records Management – member of RMAA. Shiree is also an experienced speaker having presented at numerous conferences.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Education; Diploma in Teaching
the person
Originally from the rural dairy farming outback of the mana-waaa-tu Shiree has migrated to Urban Culture and has now even become a latté snob!

In 2011, Shiree also completed her first Marathon as well as several half marathons with her next challenge being an Iron-woman! Shiree also loves spending time with Scooby her adorable (super extreme hyperactive) Chocolate Labrador. When she gets a moment she also loves spending time on her old launch in Evans Bay.

Peter is one of the founding directors of allfields. He responsibilities are varied and include : new business initiatives; staff mentoring; client management; contract management; marketing and business planning, and leadership (including strategy, vision, values).
It’s probably Peter’s Italian heritage which ensures the allfields brand is a design-led customer experience. We think of our brand in terms of total quality management – our customers, our approach, our people, our services, our solutions. The word “quality” encapsulates a lot of what we do in both our business and personal lives.
Peter has previously worked with professional athletes and high performance junior athletes in coaching, and elite player development roles, so is well versed in high level competitive sport - although there are sometimes close comparisons, he thinks business is often a lot more challenging and also less forgiving as with clients you must be on your game 100% of the time. Successful team culture, team management, and sustaining a high level performing team is no different. Like sport mental agility is often over looked and under valued in business – here at allfields it’s worked on daily! The way we do it is by mentoring staff and then when ready giving them ownership of a problem. With Freedom comes responsibility – and with that comes learning, experience and growth as an individual.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Education; Masters (Applied) Sport Management; Victoria University of Wellington, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U.S.A.
the person
While Peter loves observing most sport – he more enjoys recreational pursuits. He has successfully completed the MTB 42K traverse 3 times – but now a bit rusty there! He has recently project managed a complex renovation and almost total rebuild of a multi story dwelling and survived and now venturing onto cable cars!
Peter loves cooking – and especially the obvious – Italian. He enjoys cappuccino but is not a coffee snob – and also enjoys the occasional cuppa tea too! He is the staff anointed recipient of the 2011 allfields wellness award – really a guinea pig for a program he intends rolling out for the rest of the staff in 2012!
Peter also occasionally manages a few Olive trees at his semi-rural lifestyle bach over in the Wairapapa and has throughly enjoyed spreading the backyard produced “Lucino Olive Oil” on a fresh slice of ciabatta – yummy!

Scoobles is a practicing IT Canine professional of 10yrs. Known for security around the office and also well known in a friendly way to blanketman. Loves working with people and being their best friend! Regularly seen working on his iPaw.
One of his most famous at-work-on-the-job stories (and he has many) was a few years back we were on the landline trying to sort out the phone bill and the phone line suddenly went dead – someone (with a tail) had chewed through the cable! It was actually a good job because we subsequently dropped that company – our CEO was so unimpressed that we had to work so hard to sort it he literally terminated them on the spot!
Qualifications: Bachelor of Food Technology (T.U.X.); FIDO Uni.
the dog
Loves chasing cats in his sleep. Large appetite for most food types. Enjoys running free in the forest, and kayaking. Sleeping (and snoring loudly) is his other favourite pastime. Also has a very loud voice!
Reining allfields pizza speed eating champion! Favourite shape – triangles!
